Let's get acquainted! My name is Marina, and I'm from Dnipro, in the heart of Ukraine. With two university degrees and a job as an auditor, I never imagined my life would change so drastically. When the full-scale war in Ukraine began, everything was turned upside down, and I had to leave my home with my young son. In Spain, my life began to take on new colors. I exchanged my business suit for a chef's jacket and discovered my true passion. Working in a Spanish café gave me a great deal. But I always wanted more: to go beyond standard menus, create something special, and share it with others. I've always loved beautiful presentation and the art of setting a table. One day, I realized I was ready to bring my ideas to life. That's how Reina de Tapas, my “queen of appetizers,” was born. Here, every appetizer is more than a dish: it's a small work of art, made with love and attention to detail. Thank you for being here.
