The last day of Maslenitsa: sharing a family recipe! 🥞✨

The last day of Maslenitsa: sharing a family recipe! 🥞✨ Today's post is special. I want to share the recipe for hot-water blini batter that my grandmother taught me. This batter is a lifesaver! It never tears, makes thin, tender, flexible pancakes, and works perfectly with any filling. I grew up with these pancakes. Their taste brings back the warmth of home, cozy family breakfasts, and that special magic when one simple dish brings everyone around the table. The recipe now lives in my kitchen, and today I'm sharing it with you. ✨ Grandma's hot-water blini batter ✨ 🥚 2 eggs 🥛 500 ml milk 💦 250 ml boiling water 🌾 250 g flour 🧂 ½ tsp salt 🫙 1 tbsp sugar 🛢 2 tbsp vegetable oil How to make them: 1️⃣ Beat the eggs with the salt and sugar. 2️⃣ Pour in the milk and mix. 3️⃣ Sift in the flour and stir until smooth. 4️⃣ Now the main secret: add the boiling water in a thin stream, stirring constantly. This makes the batter flexible. 5️⃣ Finally, add the vegetable oil so the pancakes don't stick. Pancakes made with this batter are thin but don't tear, roll up easily, and look amazing! And they taste even better… 😍 Look how beautiful mine turned out! I'm sharing not only the recipe but also my inspiration. May your day be delicious and warm! 💛 Tell me: do you prefer pancakes with a filling or plain? ⬇️. #аликанте #блинырецепт #масленица #кейтеринг #фуршет #закускидляфуршета #семейныетрадиции #рецептывыпечки #catering #костабланка #українцівіспанії #україна ##силанації
